Happy 2016 everyone. Time to ‘Cleanse’. This week I’m doing 2 (non-consecutive) days of veggie juice, and 2 days of vegan smoothies and blended soups. Nothing too crazy.
Today I’ve used what I had in the fridge, plus I add Lifestream powders of ‘B Complex’, magnesium, ‘Essential Greens +’ some maca powder for energy and hormone balance.
