‘Anti Inflammatory Smoothie’

‘Anti Inflammatory Smoothie’, from my latest book. Could also be called ‘Beautiful Skin Smoothie’ thanks to all the Vitamin A it contains, and the hydrating properties of the coconut water.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango,

1 tbsp fresh or 1 tsp dried turmeric powder,

1 tsp grated ginger,

1.5 cups coconut water or clean water

juice from one lime.

To make:

Blend it all up! Yummy. Tastes like summer
