Antioxidants- cold pressed juices

 

My BioChef juicer is a delight. Cold pressed, slow juice without any chopping. I filled this jug for 2 of us for 3 days. (The slower motor doesn’t heat the produce’s enzymes that they’ll stay alive for 72 hours ish.) It’s so good. In this batch I put ginger, apple, beetroot and leaves, celery, carrots, kale and a bit of lemon, grapefruit and mandarin from my trees.
