Roasting beautiful baby beets in good olive oil, balsamic, unrefined salt and cracked black pepper. Once cooked, I think ill layer them with local pecans, a herb like basil or lemon balm and marinated goats feta. Yup. That’ll be nice. #janellaswinterrecipes
