YOUR ACCOMMODATION
My private and charming Tiny Home will be your home during your stay. It is approximately 50m from the main residence where I live, and is totally separate. Every detail has been carefully thought out, so you’ll be wanting for nothing, and packing just a few comfy clothes and skincare.
There’s a library filled with books and other things that I think you’ll enjoy. It has good wifi, a quality blue tooth speaker, TV (with most streaming channels), organic queen-sized latex mattress and organic linen sheets, bedding and other linen.
The Tiny has air conditioning, a full kitchen (not that you’ll be needing that), a lovely covered front deck to have your meals – if that takes your fancy, that overlooks the gardens and is a few metres to the creek. Perfect for one, or a couple yearning for peace and nature to inspire healing and allow wellbeing.
Enjoy the lovely back area with a picnic table for your pizza night, or just to hang out at and enjoy all that this ancient land has to offer you, and you it.
There is lovely, clean and alkaline water from all taps throughout, and organic soap, hair and body care.
There are facilities for hand washing, ironing, and an airing rack. Washer and dryer available also on request.
EAT + DRINK
With attention to individual needs, perfectly balanced nutrition ensures correct nourishment is provided to the body for a peaceful state of mind, a healthy body, increased energy and vigour.
Catering for any dietary requirement, and personally designed and prepared by Janella – each thing that goes into and onto your body will support and improve your digestion, aid in liver detoxification, boost immunity and a clearer mind, and so much more. Aimed at reducing inflammation, improved gut bacteria and balancing blood sugar and lectin levels, the healing cuisine will also improve your mood and sleep.
Other ingredients will be sourced locally and will always be organically grown or raised.
Some programs will include a glass of organic wine with dinner and/or organic coffee at breakfast.
CHEMICAL FREE
I live a chemical- free lifestyle and extend the same to my guests. All the produce for your menu will be organic, or at least chemical-free, and locally grown. Cosmetics, linen and bedding are all chemical-free, organic, or at least made from natural, non-GMO fibres.

WHAT TO PACK
Depending on the weather – not much. Something to lounge around in, walking clothes and shoes, beach cosie and hat, body care.
GETTING HERE
There are 2 nearby airports: Ballina (30mins south), and Coolangatta on the Gold Coast (30mins north).
Variety Lakes is the closest train station, that connects to the Brisbane line.
Transfers are included in the price of your Retreat.

Morning Ritual
- Brush teeth
- Cup of warm water
- 30ml Aloe Vera Juice (and before bed)
- Herbal tea – lemongrass, mint and lemon balm
- 20 min mindfulness (guided or otherwise)
- 30ml Jamu (turmeric herbal medicine)
