Melt some coconut oil or cacao butter in a metal or glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. Add the same amount of raw cacao powder and your sweetener of choice – raw agave or honey, coconut nectar, or maple o rice syrup. Also add some ground hazelnuts – about half the amount of cacao – and a dash of vanilla essence or seeds from a vanilla pod, and stir. Put into a sterilised jar and pop in the fridge. It’ll last at least 3 months. As if!
