Chia Seeds are a great source of useable calcium.
For Chia Pudding I usually use almond or coconut milk, and I like to add coconut flakes, hemp seeds, cinnamon, vanilla powder and/or raw cacao powder. I don’t like stevia so I use rice or maple syrup or raw agave. Rose or orange flower water and pistcahio’s makes a nice change, as does 1/2 tsp grated ginger with a kaffir lime leaf.
