‘Pina Colada‘ – in a blender add one shot (44mls) of good white rum, ice, 2 cups of coconut milk and .5 cup of fresh pineapple chunks. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or fresh mint, or even a dash of Angostura Bitters.
‘Whiskey Ginger’ – fill a tall glass with ice and then add a shot glass (44ml) full of rye whiskey and top with Red Dragon Organics ‘Living Elixir Turmeric Ginger Beer’, or ‘Living Elixir Ginger Beer’. YUM!
‘Campari and Orange Juice’ – one of my personal favourites. Fill a tumbler with ice, add the #Campari, top it with freshly squeezed OJ. Use a one-to-three ratio of #Campari to fresh orange juice. Campari is a bitter flavour, and because of this is drunk before meals as an aperitif, (to stimulate appetite). Some people don’t like this flavour, but many do. Me being one of them. You can add mineral water or even #Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine) to make it less intense.
