Cold-pressed juices- Digestion

Post yoga cold- pressed juice in my much loved BioCHEF. I like to do a day a week of juice only, because my body likes a weekly fast, and this way it’s pretty easy. I make 1 litre of very yummy juice.

This one is:

Carrot, beetroot and their leaves, ginger, apple, lemon, kale, celery.
