‘Hi Janella. I adapted one of your recipes from ‘Good Chef, Bad Chef’ – Toasted Fish Cigars. I love this recipe and it makes a regular appearance on the menu. I didn’t get to the fish market in time so substituted the filling with mushrooms, kale and purple cabbage (sautéed in chilli infused avocado oil) Yum! I also added dulse flakes to the quinoa (a great tip from one of your previous posts) and used the rest of the sauce for dipping at the end. Delicious, filling and healthy all at once! I am a new mum back at work, so need to make sure I am making the extra effort in looking after myself and your recipes and food ideas / tips are helping me achieve this.
