I wanted to share with you what an inspiration your ideas have had on my cooking and meal structure.
I have uploaded a picture of my lunch for you to see. Brown rice (organic) cooked in vege stock. Then I used macadamia oil to cook onion, mushroom, zucchini. Once brown I added rice and walnuts and pecan nuts. I added coriander to dress the dish. To top off I added some fermented cabbage, carrot, ginger, turmeric, saffron that I made last week plus I used my father inlays Ashal (Mauritian spicy dish, traditional family recipe) Carrots, chilli, onion, capsicum, chia, saffron, turmeric, in extra virgin olive oil.
