Foods for fertility

Full Fat Dairy products- Removing the fat can affect the balance of sex hormones and in turn, negatively affect fertility. You don’t eat dairy? No problem of course.

Raspberry Leaf Tea- It increases fertility in both men and women, balances hormones, eases morning sickness, prevents miscarriage, strengthens the uterus and prevents hemorrhage after birth. Drink a cup a day.

Legumes and Lentils- Refined carbs like white bread, pasta and rice, refined cereals and other sugary foods can disrupt reproductive hormones. Add foods like beans, veggies and wholemeal or grain bread to your diet to promote regular ovulation. The also help to keep insulin levels even that could otherwise disrupt reproduction

Avocado- The good oils in this fruit are very beneficial when it comes to making a baby.

Omega 3 Oils increase blood flow to reproductive organs and regulate hormones. Wild salmon by GoodFish‬, flax seeds/meal/oil, Made In Hemp seeds, chia‬ and seaweeds‬ and walnuts are also good sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

MACA to the rescue yet again. Look for it in your health food store or on line. Start slowly.
