Great news concerning fracking (coal seam gas exploration) in my part of the world. This came to me a few minutes ago in a group email from Laura Targett –
‘Sharing some happy news with you all. The unconventional gas mine many of us have been working so hard to stop over here at Bentley, (near Lismore) has had it’s licence suspended due to not properly consulting community and is being investigated for corruption!
I woke up this morning with this news laughing, crying and dancing! Such a happy day!!! A first joyful victorious step for a gasfield free Northern Rivers!’. #lockthegate
