Veggie soup for 3 days, or one day a week ongoing. I start with veggie stock and add my #turmericpaste which contains turmeric, garlic, ginger, black pepper and coconut oil.
I then add coriander stems and leaves, #dulseflakes, and loads of veggies like kale, carrots, zucchini, celery, pumpkin. I sometimes add some #yeastflakes or Lifestreams ‘naturalBcomplex’ for a hit of vitamin B, then season with unrefined salt and cracked pepper.
