Janella’s Energy Boosting Week: ESSENTIAL OILS.

Put 3 drops of any of these (or a combo’) in an oil burner or diffuser and watch your energy and mood improve. Peppermint, orange, lemon, rosemary, grapefruit.

You can always mix them with a carrier oil like jojoba, hemp, coconut or almond oil, then rub your hands behind your ears and around the back of your neck – for a lovely awake-up call.
