My ‘Toasted Muesli’ from Eating For The Seasons’.

There are lots of high energy whole foods here. This recipe It’s about 8 years old now, so I would change it a little.

Use coconut or macadamia oil instead of the ‘omega spread’, (although still a healthy choice), and make sure the agave syrup is raw.
