Women 19-54 yo: 12–16 mg/day
Women 54 yo+: 5–7 mg/day
Pregnant: 22–36 mg/day
Children 1-11 yo: 6–8 mg/day
Children 12-18 yo: 10–13 mg/day

I use and recommend Lifestream spirulina as it has the highest amount of phycocyanin of any spirulina on the market, and by a long way. This means more iron available to you.
