Janella’s Stress Belly Week: CONGEE for Gut Health

#Congee is a common breakfast dish in the East. There are many ways to eat congee, and just as many toppings to have with it. It is very soothing to the gut, so typically recommended when one is feeling run down, frail or depleted. You can use white rice (organic) if you like, and any organic stock.

Gomashio is a Japanese condiment made by grinding sesame seeds and sea salt together.
