It’s been 10 years since my first book ‘Elixir:How To Use Food As Medicine’ was first published, and to celebrate I’m making the prize for ‘Your Creations’ 3 copies of the updated edition of ‘Elixir’, which came out in January 2013.
I launched this book the same night I opened my clinic in Surry Hills – April 4, 2004 – and here I am writing this post here a decade later. Zooooom. Thank you all for the continued and growing support over this time. It proves that we really do want to eat delicious food that is good for us, and the planet. Never again do they need to be mutually exclusive.
