Make lots and freeze them, or just freeze the mixture. PulI it out of the freezer in the morning, then roll into balls in the evening – then in the oven they go. In a few minutes dinner is served. Use any veggies you like. I use apple cider or brown rice vinegar now instead of the umeboshi vinegar, as I avoid products imported from Japan.
