DAY 4 – Soup and Smoothie. Breakfast smoothie has in it – 1.5 cups coconut milk, 3 Brazil nuts, 1 tbsp Made In Hemp seeds, 2 tsp Lifestreams Essential Greens +, .5 tsp of Natural B Complex, Vitamin C and Magnesium powder, 1 tsp maca powder and 1 tsp raw cacao. And a banana from the garden. It’s very yummy.
Soup for lunch and dinner – lots of roasted veggies tossed in za’artar (oregano and sesame seeds), olive oil and Celtic salt, boiled beetroot and kohlrabi, raw parsley, baby kale, broccoli, garlic and ginger, organic smoked tofu, my #turmeric paste and #seaweed – blended. I garnished it with apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper. Most ingredients from my generous garden.
