Seaweeds are a excellent thing to add to your meals. Packed with omega 3, protein, calcium, magnesium and iodine – plus they have the ability to remove toxic heavy metals from ur body such as mercury, lead and cadmium.
Be sure to buy a brand that sources them from the clean waters in NZ or Alaska. You’ll find these types in health food stores.
I add them to almost everything and my thyroid thanks me. (Avoid eating seaweeds too often if u have an over active thyroid btw.)
