Breakfast today was this delicious smoothie made from coconut milk (anti fungal and weight loss), acai (Vit C), cinnamon (to balance blood sugar), mango (yum and Vit C), Made In Hemp seeds (omega 3 and protein), leafy greens from garden (calcium, magnesium and liver health) and Lifestream powders – ‘B complex’, magnesium, Essential Greens + including pea protein.
I’m still not hungry – 4 hrs later – even after a 90 minute yoga class.
