Once considered peasant food by the Italians, these days we prize polenta for its nutritional value, lack of gluten and versatility.
Autumn is upon us, the temperature is dropping and it feels like it’s time to start making a few warmer, slowly cooked dishes. This is one of my perrenial favourites for the cooler months. Polenta with Mushrooms and Lentils from ‘Janella’s Wholefood Kitchen’. #autumn
