This Brekky is perfect to avoid and treat FLD. I love a one egg omelette. I don’t add anything to my egg, and cook it in olive oil. I spread some leftover hummus inside this one that I had added ground cumin and fresh coriander to. I added more fresh coriander and sliced spring onions, folded it in half, then finished it with roasted seeds and raw Made In Hemp seeds. Very yummy, and filling.
