Use cacao powder, frozen (or not) banana, peanut or a nut butter, and a base of coconut, almond, rice, organic soy, hazelnut or organic cow’s milk. Or use water or coconut water to make it a bit lighter. Sprinkle cacao nibs over the top. It’s a good hit of magnesium and anti-oxidants from the cacao and loads of protein and other nutrients from the nut butter, and potassium from the banana. If using coconut water – you’ll be getting hydrated and electrolytes.
