Pineapple’s & Kefir for good digestion

‪‎Pineapple‬ and ‪kefir‬ are both great for better digestion. And ridiculously yummy.
Pineapples contain an anti inflammatory enzyme called bromelaine, and kefir (a probiotic, runny yogurt) will increase the good bacteria in ur gut helping to heal Leaky Gut, SIBO and a Candida overgrowth.
