Plant sources of omega 3- Chia seeds

Once thought only obtained by eating fish, but now we know better.

Chia Seeds is a good source – mix 1 glass pure water + 1/2 lemon, juiced + 1 tsp chia seeds, either colour. Chia seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, even more so than flax seeds. They help with hydration and weight loss due to their ability to absorb up to 9-10 times their weight in water. Chia seeds also contain fibre, protein, lots of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, and zinc among many other nutrients.
