I always aim to provide prompt delivery of our products however, If for any reason i am unable to dispatch your order i will notify you within two business days. I will endeavour to reply to your questions and concerns at my earliest convenience as your feedback and interest in my products is extremely important to me.
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds on purchased products through my store, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will be pleased to replace your product.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 AUD. Please allow for 7 working days for your product to be delivered. Delivery is available Australia wide only. Products will not be shipped outside of Australia.
