The mandarin — being an orange fruit — is full of vitamin A so its wonderful for great skin and immunity. Broccoli is a great liver food and helps to detox your body, contributing to lovely skin. The kale and blueberries are top of the antioxidant chart, so they'll help to reduce toxins in your body. The hemp seeds are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids and will help keep your skin moist. And the coconut water, of course, will keep your skin hydrated.

Yields1 Serving
 1 small mandarin, halved
 1 small lime, the whole thing quartered
 1 cup broccoli florets
 1 small cucumber, all of it and roughly chopped
 1 tbls organic goji berries
 1 large kale leaf
 1 cup blueberries
 1 tbls hemp seeds
 2 1/2 cups of water or coconut water

Place all the ingredients in the order shown into the Vitamix, and whizz for about 30 seconds. Then, prepare for clear, glowing skin.
