1 frozen mango cheek
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxseed oil
1 tsp grated lime zest
1 tsp syrup sweetener (optional)

Combine all the ingredients, sweetening as you like, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
