Yields approx 3/4 cup

water - wholesome vegemite

 ½ cup black tahini
 4 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
 3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (or brewer’s yeast but not GF)
 2 tbsp maple syrup or barley malt (the latter is not GF)
 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar (add slowly to taste)

Method
• Place all ingredients in a small blender (or use a stick or immersion blender) and whiz until smooth.Taste and adjust to your liking.
• Serve on Rosemary + Olive Seed Bread with Avocado, Shaved Red Cabbage and Rocket.
