Rhubarb Crumble (VG)By JanellaCrumbles are traditionally made with butter and sugar. Naturally, this one isn’t.  I don’t think you need to add these things to get a really sweet dessert. Not  when you’ve got fresh fruit and dates around. Leave out the yoghurt  to make it a dairy-free and vegan option.

Guilt-free Crumbed Fish and Chips (DF, GF)By JanellaIf the fish you get is quite thick, you may need to pop it in the oven for  5 minutes to finish off the cooking. You can always skip the eggs and crumbs  and simply flour the fish for a lighter option. But sometimes, as I’m sure  you’ll agree, it’s nice to have it crumbed.
Gorgeous Gluten-free MuesliBy JanellaServes 4-6 This will take you just a few minutes to mix up. It is economical, satisfying  and so tasty. Experiment with different dried fruits and nuts. Be sure the  dried fruit is organic, or at least sulphur free.
