‘Steamed Silken Tofu and Shitake Mushrooms’ recipe.
Use any protein you like besides the tofu – organic chicken, sustainable fish. This very yummy meal will take 5 minutes to prepare and cook in total. Gotta luv that!
Serves 2300g tub organic silken tofu – gently cut into 6 pieces
1 tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp grated ginger
4 fresh shitake mushrooms
1/3 cup clean water
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed and halved lengthways
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
garnish with coriander leaves and/or sliced spring onions

Place a shallow plate in a steamer basket over a wok with simmering water. In the bowl place all the ingredients, cover and allow to steam for about 3 minutes (more if ur using animal protein). Serve garnished with sesame seeds. #mushrooms
