Supernatural Breakfast! What did you have ?

My super natural breakfast today. Clearly I’m a breakfast kind of gal. On my spelt wrap this morning – ‪#‎byronbaymiso‬ paste on the bottom, organic chickpea ‪#‎Byronbaytempeh‬ cooked in a little coconut oil, local tomato, wilted baby kale, pickled red cabbage and beetroot by ‪#‎alivefoods‬, topped with spring onions and ‪#‎madeinhemp‬ seeds. So much vitamin c, fibre, protein, prebiotics, protein, calcium and zinc. Ready for the day. ‪
