My super natural breakfast today. Clearly I’m a breakfast kind of gal. On my spelt wrap this morning – #byronbaymiso paste on the bottom, organic chickpea #Byronbaytempeh cooked in a little coconut oil, local tomato, wilted baby kale, pickled red cabbage and beetroot by #alivefoods, topped with spring onions and #madeinhemp seeds. So much vitamin c, fibre, protein, prebiotics, protein, calcium and zinc. Ready for the day.
