This is a great way to use up leftover quinoa (or brown rice). I didn’t want to run the oven with only the balls in there, so I tossed some sweet potato and Russian garlic in my ‘Turmeric Oil,’ with some Za’atar (dried oregano and sesame seeds), white pepper and Himalayan salt. I made a quick creamyyyyy ‘Tahini Sauce’ using about 1/3 cup tahini, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, a pinch of cayenne pepper and Himalayan salt.
