A regular sight on my plate. Mix 1:3 Shiro Miso paste to hulled tahini, then add lemon juice, crushed garlic and enough water to thin. Taste and adjust the flavours how you like them. So creamy, so crazily healthful and finger licking good. You could add some grated ginger, cayenne pepper and/or apple cider vinegar. On my plate from bottom left – (organic) chickpea @byronbaytempeh, cooked in a little coconut oil, cucumber, fermented veggies (Kim chi) by @alivefoods, and my Chia Crackers, (recipe on my website or by Googling).
