Tahini, Quinoa and Chia Balls

Straight out of the oven. Oh yeah! I didn’t want to run the oven with only these in it, so I tossed some sweet potato and Russian garlic in my Turmeric Oil, Za’atar (dried oregano and sesame seeds), white pepper and Himalayan salt. I made a quick creamyyyyy Tahini Sauce using about 1/3 cup tahini, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, a pinch of cayenne pepper and Himalayan salt.
