TURMERIC SHOT – for increased immunity during cold and ‘flu season. You’ll need – juice of 5 lemons, 1.5 cups of coconut water, 1 tsp cayenne pepper and 3 tsp organic turmeric powder or 1 tbsp of fresh, grated. Put it in a jar and shake well, or mix it altogether in a bowl then store covered in the fridge. It’ll make about 7 x 30ml shots, so have one a day for a week.
