Vitamin E- for menopause

During menopause, the need for vitamin E increases drastically – 10 to 50 times more in fact. Hot flushes, night sweats and other symptoms of menopause often disappear when 50 to 100 units of vitamin E are taken daily. The symptoms recur quickly if the vitamin is discontinued.
And try to eat foods high in Vitamin E – nuts, seeds, avocado, olives, and their oils

Thank you for this article. Dealing with menopause & Hashimoto’s disease my symptoms are uncontrollable. Having recently has surgery to remove a suspicious nodule in my thyroid, I am now on Thyroxine. Nodule was benign but I required a hemithyroidectomy (removal of half my thyroid).

Following the surgery, my hot flushes along with all the other common menopause symptoms have escalated.

Besides Vitamin E mentioned above any other suggestions, please? Thanking you.
