I just made ‘Pan-Fried Navy Beans with Dill + Feta’ for lunch. 10 minute job. Delicious, nutrient -dense, mostly plant food and the rocket makes it so much easier to digest due to its bitter flavour – stimulating bitter taste receptors all the way down the gut.
I sprinkled some Made In Hemp seeds over the top (after I took the pic and ate it) for a dose of omega 3 oils, protein and fibre. And I added turmeric paste in with the olive oil to start.
