3 ingredient Chia Pudding

You will need:
2 cups almond milk,
1/4 cup chia seeds,
1 tbsp sweetener like raw honey, raw agave, maple syrup, rice syrup
1 tsp vanilla (optional).

To make:
Put it all in a jar, or a few smaller ones, and shake shake shake for about 30 seconds. Leave in the fridge for a few hours to set. For an extra ht of calcium, add some chopped almonds, 1 tbsp hulled tahini and/or fresh figs (in season now)
