– Studies show people with higher levels of pesticides in their blood, face a higher risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
– Too many carbohydrates, especially from grains, cereals and sugars
– Farmed fish like fresh salmon and barramundi
– Mercury in tuna and dental fillings
– All processed and refined foods
– Sugar, in all its forms
– Tap water
– Foods packed in aluminium
– Toxic cookware and mattresses
