Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

 

Anti-Infalmmatory Smoothie – for arthritis, eczema, headaches, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, migraines, menstrual difficulties and other inflammatory conditions.

Use .5 cup pineapple, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 cup spinach leaves, .5 banana, 1 whole mandarin and 1.5-2 cups clean water. 1 tbsp coconut flakes. Optional – 1 teaspoon of your favourite green powder. I like Lifestream chlorella‬
