Back in Byron- Breakfast

 

Back home after 12 days in my Sydney clinic – enjoying the slower pace and my breakfast on this chilly spring morning. Ahhh! I love home.

I quickly tossed my mushrooms, kale, spring onions and spinach in garlic, a little coconut oil and my Turmeric Paste. Finished with a sprinkle of unrefined salt, @madeinhemp Canadian seeds and herbs. Topped with an egg from Simone’s happy- hinterland- dwelling hens.
