TO MAKE: 1 cup sugar free, full fat yogurt. 1 cup fruit – blueberries, peaches, pineapple, banana. 1/4 cup any sugar free, full -fat milk – almond, organic cow’s or soy, rice, hemp, oat, hazelnut, coconut. 1 dash sweetener like raw honey, rice syrup, coconut nectar, maple syrup, raw agave. Ice.
