Candida- FERMENTED FOODS.

 

Probiotic foods can in many cases, effectively kill the candida in your system. Kimchi and sauerkraut are good additions to your diet as well as unsweetened cranberry juice, as it creates an acidic environment that makes it difficult for candida to thrive.

Cultured dairy like like goat’s milk kefir, or coconut or water kefir will be great also. Miso paste is wonderful for the gut, as is tempeh – and wheatgrass will help to balance the gut flora.

Fermented vegetables contain microflora that helps to protect the gastro intestinal tract (GIT). Including them in your diet can also help improve your immune system, making your body stronger against an overgrowth of candida.

Start slowly as some people have strong reactions to fermented foods in the beginning.
