Essential Oils of Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Lavender, Lemon, Oregano, Melaleuca (Tea Tree), and Peppermint.
Either use a steam inhaler, oil burner, in a room vaporiser, dab them on a hanky then inhale, put in a roller bottle with a carrier oil like hemp, olive, jojoba or almond oil, or in the bath. If you’re skin is not too sensitive then you can dab the oils straight on. (I can use them straight on my wrists but not on my neck for example – so test first.)
