Essential oils for gut health

Be sure to get only therapeutic grade essential oils, and put them in vegan capsules with an enteric coating – meaning they won’t break down in your tummy but lower down the GIT.

– Peppermint oil is proving to be very effective in treating IBS, as it allows digestive muscles to relax.
– Thyme and Rose essential oils suppress pathogens in gut.
– Cardamom stimulates stomach juices so will reduce acid reflux and diverticulitis. Take 1-2 drops in a capsule before u eat. It is an analgesic (pain relief) and antispasmodic.

Try 1 drop at first to see how your body responds. If all is ok then increase to 2-3 drops in 2 capsules. Take 2 caps twice a day.
