Local stone fruits and grapes won’t be available until we get closer to Xmas, so save this one for summer, or use a seasonal fruit instead.
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
¾ cup fresh spinach or kale
⅓ cup green grapes
½ avocado
¾ cup peaches
½ banana
1 tbsp real maple syrup, raw honey or rice syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla
Combine all the ingredients until smooth
